registered and approved for the Growth Accelerator Programme,  meaning that I can help SME businesses access government support. If you’re looking to grow over the next few years, this is definitely worth looking into.

However there have been a couple hiccups in my plans for the first part of the year too. I still managed to run some training s I’d committed to, but again ended up having to rest up and it put me well behind on other stuff (like my blog).

This got me thinking about the importance of building processes and systems into a business. After all, if Richard Branson’s ill, Virgin Atlantic wouldn’t ground the planes, so it’s vitally important that you take the time to either build them into your business or buy something, like I have HERE. You need to have something that will work whether or not you’re there, to keep the cash flowing and your business growing.
